Sunburn is a painful and dangerous condition caused by excessive exposure to the sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation. It can cause redness, swelling, and pain, and can even lead to skin cancer and premature aging.
How to Prevent Sunburn
There are a number of things you can do to protect your skin from sunburn, including:
- Seek shade: Stay out of the sun during peak hours (10am-4pm).
