Zahavi claims Leverkusen will sell Tah

Avi Zahavi, the agent of Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah, has claimed that the Bundesliga club are willing to sell the player this summer.

Zahavi told Sport Bild: "Jonathan is a player who is interesting for many top clubs. I think it is possible that he will leave Leverkusen in the summer."

Leverkusen deny Zahavi's claims

However, Leverkusen have denied Zahavi's claims, insisting that Tah is not for sale.

Sporting director Rudi Voller told Kicker: "Jonathan Tah is a key player for us and we are not planning to sell him."

"He is under contract until 2023 and we are very happy with him."

Tah's future uncertain

Tah's future is now uncertain, with the player himself yet to comment on the situation.

The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to a number of clubs, including Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester United.

It remains to be seen whether Zahavi's comments will persuade Leverkusen to change their stance on Tah's future.
